Darren began working in the financial services industry in 2001. He excels in helping people identify and plan for their financial goals and future.
Darren obtained his CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification in 2005 and CHS (Certified Health Insurance Specialist) designations in 2008. In 2012, he founded Darren Koole and Associates Financial Services Inc. which rebranded to Balance Wealth Management Group in 2016.
Beyond his role as a financial planner, Darren is an active member of the Chatham-Kent community as a volunteer for the Kent Minor Hockey Association. He has also coached minor hockey for more than 15 years at various different levels and events. Darren is an avid runner, golfer and hockey player. He was born and raised in Chatham and still lives in Chatham with his four awesome children.
Eric began working in the financial services industry in 2009. He helps personal and business clients inform their financial selves and guide them to their financial futures. Eric obtained his CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification in 2013. In 2013, he joined Darren Koole and Associates Financial Services Inc. and was involved in the rebranding to Balance Wealth Management Group in 2016.
Eric is also involved in a number of activities in the community. He has spent time of the Boards of Director of a couple of local youth oriented organizations and has been involved in founding and operating community charities events. Eric is also an avid golfer. He was born and raised in Chatham and lives north of Chatham with his wife Lindsey and two boys, Aidan and Evan.
Steve started working inthe financial services industry in 2003. He excels at long range planning forindividuals as well as business owners looking for succession and tax efficientstrategies.
Steve has earned his CFP (CertifiedFinancial Planner) certification in 2015 and is a graduate from the Universityof Windsor, B.A. (1997), and B.Comm. (2002).
Steve partnered up with Balance Wealth Management Group in 2023 after running asuccessful practice (S.G. Walker Financial Inc.) from 2014 - 2022
Steve is a proud father of his beautiful daughter and son. Outside of the officeSteve is an avid local musician gracing many of the local stages as well as a volunteerwith several local charities as both a volunteer and at the board level.
Having joined Freedom55 Financial in 2005, Brenda has over 15 years experience in helping our clients with their servicing needs.
She was born and raised in Chatham-Kent where she and her husband Mike still live today. Now that their grown children, David and Megan, have gone out on their own, Brenda and Mike are enjoying being empty nesters, and now, grandparents!
Angelia joined the Balance Wealth Team in 2019 as a Marketing Associate.
She lives in Chatham with her husband Ein and their daughters Hailey and Cassie.
